Commemorate a special event or celebration or memorialize a passing by making a donation to the Winnipeg Library Foundation. We will send a greeting card or card of condolence via regular mail to the recipient with the message you provide to us, and will  indicate that you have made a contribution to the Foundation. We will also send a tax receipt to you, for any donation of $15 or more.
